Development Coordinator - Real Estate

The Development Coordinator (DC) will help assist the real estate Project Management team for In-N-Out Burger with real estate development projects The DC will work with the development project managers to track and distribute information needed for all real estate projects. Understand the entitlement process required to obtain the necessary government and city approvals for target properties; Strong preparation and knowledge of entitlement submittals Work with the Project Managers to help manage the entitlement process and work with city planners, governmental agency and local jurisdictions requirements. Assist in negotiations for land/zoning approvals, entitlements, and permits with local approving authorities. Gather information for the project managers; Create and develop project schedules; Organize and coordinate development submittal and permitting packages to cities. Coordinate with Real Estate Managers the creation of Real Estate Tour Books, which includes operating a geographic information system (GIS) software program Evaluate and help to manage necessary consultants (architects, engineers, construction project managers). Draft Site Investigation Reports (SIR) in support of Development Managers. Coordinate RFI (request for Information) requests.
