Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, motivated Fundraising Manager to join our team at In-N-Out Burger. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is passionate about helping others and making a difference in the world. You must have a proven track record of success in fundraising and event management to be considered for this role.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with existing donors, identifying new potential donors, and building strategies to increase funds raised from our events. This is a critical role in our organization and a great opportunity to make a real impact.To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience in fundraising and event management. You must also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop relationships with existing donors and identify new potential donors.
  2. Build strategies to increase funds raised from events.
  3. Create and implement fundraising campaigns.
  4. Develop and track budgets for all fundraising activities.
  5. Monitor progress and evaluate effectiveness of fundraising activities.
  6. Prepare regular reports on fundraising activities and results.
  7. Identify, cultivate, and solicit donations from corporate and individual donors.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  9. Plan and coordinate fundraising events, such as auctions, galas, and campaigns.
  10. Develop and deliver presentations to promote fundraising initiatives.
