We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist - Employee Relations to join our team and help us maintain a positive and supportive work environment for our passionate and dedicated employees. In this role, you will be responsible for handling employee relations and providing guidance and support to our managers and team members.   1. Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to managers and team members.
  3. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring a fair and unbiased process.
  4. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  5. Develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics, including harassment prevention and diversity and inclusion.
  6. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws.
  7. Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure company policies and practices are in compliance.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address employee relations issues and develop solutions to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  9. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  10. Monitor employee morale and provide recommendations for creating a positive and supportive work environment.
  11. Partner with recruitment and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  12. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  13. Assist with other HR duties, such as benefits administration and performance management, as needed.
  14. Continuously review and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance the employee experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations Or Hr Generalist Role, Preferably In The Restaurant Or Retail Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Resolve Conflicts And Diffuse Difficult Situations.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Conducting Investigations, Developing And Implementing Policies And Procedures, And Providing Guidance And Support To Managers And Employees On Hr-Related Matters.
