Job Description

Infosys is seeking an experienced ESRI ArcGIS Consultant to join our team and help our clients to navigate the complex world of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of the ESRI ArcGIS platform, including its installation, configuration, and maintenance. We are looking for a self-starter who is able to provide technical support to our clients and ensure that their GIS needs are met.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in GIS or a related field and at least two years of experience working with ESRI ArcGIS software. Additionally, experience with geospatial analysis, scripting, and automation is preferred. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive and organized approach to their work, and the ability to work independently to solve complex GIS problems. Responsibilities:

  1. Install, configure, and maintain the ESRI ArcGIS platform for our clients
  2. Provide technical support to clients to ensure their GIS needs are met
  3. Utilize geospatial analysis, scripting, and automation to maximize our clients' investments
  4. Develop and implement GIS solutions for clients
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any GIS-related issues
  6. Create and maintain GIS user documentation
  7. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  8. Maintain a thorough understanding of the ESRI ArcGIS platform
  9. Stay up-to-date on the latest GIS trends and technologies
