- Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle UKG Pro WFM, staying up-to-date on the latest features and capabilities.
- Utilize your expertise to analyze client needs and recommend the most efficient and effective solutions for their workforce management processes.
- Lead and manage the implementation and integration of Oracle UKG Pro WFM for clients, ensuring a smooth and successful deployment.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through Oracle UKG Pro WFM.
- Train and mentor team members on the use and implementation of Oracle UKG Pro WFM, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle UKG Pro WFM systems, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
