As a Tableau Lead Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations that enable insightful decision-making.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in Tableau development. You must have expert-level knowledge of Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Online. Additionally, experience with SQL, Python, and R for data manipulation and data mining is highly desired.We’re seeking a motivated individual who has a passion for data visualization, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations that enable insightful decision-making.
- Utilize expert-level knowledge of Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Online to effectively visualize data.
- Collaborate with team members to create and maintain effective data visualizations.
- Work with SQL, Python, and R to manipulate and mine data.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Tableau features and trends.
- Troubleshoot and debug data visualization issues.
- Produce high-quality documentation for Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
- Implement best practices in developing Tableau dashboards.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve existing Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
