  1. Provide exceptional technical support to all employees of Ingles Markets.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  3. Communicate effectively with employees to understand and address their IT needs.
  4. Maintain and update IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Monitor and respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner.
  6. Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement solutions.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology.
  8. Train employees on how to use various IT systems and software.
  9. Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
  10. Ensure all IT systems are secure and comply with company policies and procedures.
  11. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance IT support services.
  12. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  13. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
  14. Continuously strive to improve the overall IT experience for employees.
  15. Adhere to company values and policies while representing Ingles Markets.
