
Health and Safety Administrator
Ingram Content Group is looking for an experienced and passionate Health and Safety Administrator to join our team. In this important role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our staff, visitors and contractors, through the implementation and maintenance of all health and safety policies and procedures. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is committed to delivering excellence in health and safety.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar health and safety role, have a Level 3 Health and Safety qualification and a proven track record of successfully managing health and safety initiatives. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.If you are passionate about health and safety and are excited about the opportunity to join our team, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain all health and safety policies and procedures in order to ensure the safety of staff, visitors, and contractors.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain health and safety training programs.
- Investigate accidents and incidents and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver health and safety awareness campaigns.
- Prepare and update health and safety documentation, such as risk assessments and emergency plans.
- Monitor and report on health and safety performance.
- Liaise with external bodies, such as the Health and Safety Executive.
- Provide advice and guidance on health and safety best practices.
- Ensure all workers are equipped with the appropriate PPE.
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on health and safety matters.
- Maintain health and safety records.
