Order Puller

We are looking for an experienced Order Puller to join our team at Ingram Content Group. This role is critical for ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment of orders. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and will be an organized and reliable team player. Responsibilities: • Pull and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements • Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments • Utilize RF scanners to accurately locate products • Use warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and other lifting devices to transport items • Maintain accurate records of inventory and orders • Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines • Receive, verify, and process returns and backorders • Communicate with customer service representatives to resolve customer issues • Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisor • Follow instructions and memos accurately to ensure quality standards are met
