DevOps Solutions Architect

At Insight Enterprises, we’re looking for a talented DevOps Solutions Architect to join our team and help our customers run their businesses more effectively. As a DevOps Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing the cloud architecture and automation solutions that will enable our customers to increase their efficiency and agility.We’re looking for a DevOps Solutions Architect with experience in developing and deploying cloud-native solutions, as well as an in-depth understanding of DevOps and automation technologies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop cloud architecture and automation solutions for customers

• Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions

• Have an in-depth understanding of DevOps and automation technologies

• Provide technical guidance to customers for cloud-based solutions

• Troubleshoot customer technical issues related to automation and cloud-based solutions

• Collaborate with other stakeholders such as product and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of customer projects

• Research and evaluate new technology solutions to recommend to customers

• Create detailed documentation for customer cloud-based solutions, including diagrams, user guides, and technical specifications

• Monitor customer solutions and provide proactive support when needed

• Stay up to date with the latest trends in cloud computing and DevOps technologies
