1. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Insight's partnership with Proofpoint, including product offerings, target markets, and competitive landscape.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue business opportunities that align with Proofpoint's solutions and Insight's overall strategy.
3. Serve as a primary point of contact for Proofpoint, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to drive mutual success.
4. Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, and recommend Proofpoint solutions that meet their business objectives.
5. Work closely with sales teams to support the sales process, including developing proposals, conducting demos, and providing technical expertise.
6. Keep abreast of industry trends and market developments related to Proofpoint and communicate relevant insights to internal teams.
7. Monitor and report on partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to drive growth.
8. Ensure exceptional service and support for clients, managing any issues or escalations in a timely and effective manner.
9. Act as a subject matter expert on Proofpoint solutions, providing training and support to internal teams as needed.
10. Represent Insight and Proofpoint at industry events and conferences, promoting our partnership and enhancing brand awareness.
11. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance partnership effectiveness and efficiency.
12. Collaborate with Proofpoint to develop joint marketing initiatives and programs to increase market awareness and drive demand.
13. Maintain accurate records of partnership activities, including sales data, market insights, and client interactions.
14. Serve as a mentor and resource for junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
