Data Networking Logic Design/Verification Intern

As an Intern you will be working as part of our digital design and verification team developing networking interface and switching technologies. You will be assisting with the pre-silicon verification and logic design of networking functions within our multi- core network processors targeted at wire-line and wireless access systems. Assist with the functional and interface definition. Implement digital Verilog RTL (register transfer logic) designs using Verilog programming and various digital design tools. Participate in timing constraint, synthesis, and design audits. Develop System Verilog based verification models and tests to validate these designs. Work with the team to debug and resolve complex design and verification problems as part of the overall development.Participate with team members in the development of functional specifications, and test plans.
