Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Director of Manufacturing and Foundry Communications to join Intel’s global team. The ideal candidate will be an innovative communicator with a track record of success in developing and executing integrated communication strategies across the manufacturing and foundry landscape.The successful candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of the semiconductor manufacturing and foundry industry, along with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. This position requires the ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understand the business, and influence decisions. The Director of Manufacturing and Foundry Communications must have the ability to think strategically and create a vision for the team.This Director of Manufacturing and Foundry Communications will have the responsibility of developing and executing a comprehensive internal and external communication strategy to promote Intel’s presence in the manufacturing and foundry sector. The successful candidate will be an innovative leader who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They will be able to think critically and creatively to find solutions to complex challenges and contribute to the team’s success.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, a bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or a related field, and a strong track record of successful communication campaigns in the semiconductor manufacturing and foundry industry. Candidates must have experience in developing and managing internal and external communication strategies and be able to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive internal and external communication strategies to promote Intel’s presence in the semiconductor manufacturing and foundry sector.
  2. Establish relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Intel's business and the semiconductor industry.
  3. Think strategically and create a vision for the team in order to achieve successful communication campaigns.
  4. Develop and manage internal and external communication strategies to ensure the success of the team.
  5. Work independently and as part of a team to find creative solutions to complex challenges.
  6. Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  7. Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  8. Develop and implement plans to measure the success of communication campaigns.
