- Maintain and improve the state-of-the-art facilities at Intel, ensuring they are operating at optimal levels and meeting all safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities to identify any maintenance or repair needs.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for all mechanical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues with mechanical systems and equipment, and provide efficient and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure facilities are meeting their needs and goals.
- Manage and oversee projects related to facility improvements or upgrades.
- Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and new technologies in order to make recommendations for facility updates and improvements.
- Create and maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on proper maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
- Communicate regularly with management and other teams to provide updates on facility operations and potential issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and protocols.
- Adhere to a budget and manage expenses related to facility maintenance and repairs.

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Engineering Or Related Field
Strong Knowledge Of Hvac Systems, Building Automation Systems, And Energy Management
Experience With Project Management, Including Budgeting And Scheduling
Ability To Design And Troubleshoot Mechanical Systems, Including Pumps, Motors, And Piping Systems.
