Facilities Technician

They will be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all facilities maintenance activities are completed on time and with a high level of quality.
2. Maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
3. Provide excellent customer service.
4. Work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Work collaboratively with a team of facility technicians, contractors, and vendors.
6. Monitor and inspect building systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.
7. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems as needed.
8. Perform preventative maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
9. Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed.
10. Follow all applicable building codes and safety regulations.
