- Lead the development and implementation of the foundational IP platform at Intel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize platform requirements.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs to inform platform development.
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of the platform.
- Ensure the platform meets all technical specifications and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and gather feedback.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance the platform and stay ahead of industry advancements.
- Provide technical expertise and support to other teams within Intel utilizing the platform.
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to inform platform development.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for the platform.
- Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to senior management and other stakeholders.

Strong Understanding Of Foundational Ip Technologies: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Foundational Ip Technologies Such As Arm, Risc-V, X86, And Their Associated Architectures. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies In This Field.
Experience With Ip Platform Development: The Foundational Ip Platform Requirements Lead Should Have Several Years Of Experience In Developing And Architecting Ip Platforms. They Should Be Familiar With The Entire Product Development Cycle, From Concept To Production.
Project Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects And Teams Simultaneously. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Delivering Projects Within Tight Deadlines.
