  1. Develop and implement proposal strategies to increase the success rate of winning government contracts.
  2. Oversee and manage the entire proposal development process, ensuring all deadlines are met and all requirements are fulfilled.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources for proposal development.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis of government procurement processes and regulations to ensure compliance.
  5. Create and maintain a proposal schedule, outlining key milestones and deliverables.
  6. Lead and facilitate proposal review meetings to ensure all team members are aligned and informed throughout the process.
  7. Write, edit, and review proposal content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with government requirements.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as government agencies and partners, to gather insights and improve proposal development.
  9. Manage and coordinate the proposal budget, including all necessary resources and expenses.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of proposal development processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in government proposal development.
  12. Mentor and train team members on proposal development processes and procedures.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences related to government procurement.
  14. Effectively communicate proposal status and updates to senior management.
  15. Ensure all proposal documents are properly organized and stored for future reference.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Proposal Management, Preferably In A Government Or Defense Contracting Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Government Procurement Processes And Regulations, Including Far And Dfars.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing Successful Proposals And Winning Government Contracts.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams.
