Job Description

As a Human Resources (HR) Advisor at Intel, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR services to the company. You will be a trusted partner and advisor to the organization in the development and implementation of HR initiatives. You will be our ‘go to’ person for all HR related advice, guidance and support.We are seeking an experienced HR professional who has a proven track record in delivering efficient and effective HR services, preferably in a large and complex organization. You will have a solid understanding of employment and labor laws, organizational development, recruitment and selection, performance management, and career development.You will be an enthusiastic, organized, and highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the confidence to interact with employees at all levels. You will be a real team player and prepared to go the extra mile to ensure the success of the HR function.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive HR services to the company.
  2. Act as a trusted partner and advisor to the organization in the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
  3. Provide advice, guidance and support in employment and labor laws, organizational development, recruitment and selection, performance management, and career development.
  4. Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with employees at all levels.
  5. Remain organized and highly motivated to ensure the success of the HR function.
  6. Demonstrate a team-oriented approach and be prepared to go the extra mile.
  7. Utilize knowledge and experience to make informed decisions and provide proactive solutions.
  8. Participate in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  9. Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  10. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to managers and employees.
