HR Advisor

As a Human Resources (HR) Advisor at Intel, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR services to the company. You will be a trusted partner and advisor to the organization in the development and implementation of HR initiatives. You will be our ‘go to’ person for all HR related advice, guidance and support.We are seeking an experienced HR professional who has a proven track record in delivering efficient and effective HR services, preferably in a large and complex organization. You will have a solid understanding of employment and labor laws, organizational development, recruitment and selection, performance management, and career development.You will be an enthusiastic, organized, and highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the confidence to interact with employees at all levels.
