An advanced degree is preferred. It is also essential for the candidate to have experience in patent portfolio management, patent strategy, and patent analytics. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute patent portfolio strategies for Intel.
2. Advise Intel on suitable patent filings and patent portfolio management.
3. Analyze and evaluate patent portfolios on an ongoing basis.
4. Monitor the patent market and stay informed of relevant developments.
5. Develop and manage relationships with external IP counsel.
6. Prepare and present reports on patent portfolio strategy and performance.
7. Identify and develop opportunities for IP monetization.
8. Develop and maintain effective strategies for defending Intel’s patents.
9. Create and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
10. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior IP professionals.
