
Lithography Track Engineer

- Develop and implement lithography processes for advanced semiconductor products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any issues with lithography processes.
- Conduct continuous research and analysis to improve and optimize lithography processes.
- Monitor and analyze production data to ensure efficiency and quality in lithography processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to lithography processes.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and trends in lithography technology.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on lithography processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in the lithography department.
- Communicate regularly with team members and management to provide updates on progress and identify any potential roadblocks.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new lithography techniques and equipment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of lithography processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate and qualify new lithography equipment.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Participate in meetings and presentations to share updates and progress on lithography projects.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical, Mechanical, Or Chemical Engineering.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Lithography Process Development And Optimization.
Strong Knowledge Of Lithography Equipment And Tools, Including Scanners, Photoresist, And Exposure Techniques.
Experience With Lithography Simulation Software Such As Prolith Or Lithocruiser.
Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Lithography Process Issues, And Provide Recommendations For Process Improvement.
