Logistics Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Logistics Operations Manager to join Intel’s team and oversee the efficient flow of goods, services, and information within the organization. You will be responsible for the coordination of operations activities such as forecasting, ordering, inventory control, transportation, warehousing, and customer service.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in operations management. You should possess strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies for efficient operations, including forecasting, inventory control, transportation, warehousing, and customer service.
2. Monitor and manage daily operations activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and customers.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
5. Establish and monitor operational performance metrics.
6. Create and update reports on operations activities and performance.
7. Analyze data to identify potential areas of improvement.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
9. Train, coach, and mentor staff in order to develop their skills and knowledge.
10. Manage the budget and expenses related to operations activities.
