The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, setting production goals, ensuring quality and safety standards, and ensuring a smooth flow of production.The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing a production team in a manufacturing environment, be highly organized and able to multi-task, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, including setting production goals, ensuring quality and safety standards, and ensuring a smooth flow of production.
2. Manage a production team in a manufacturing environment and motivate and inspire the team.
3. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure all employees adhere to safety standards.
4. Monitor production performance and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
5. Ensure all materials and supplies needed are available and adequately stocked.
6. Analyze and resolve any production issues or discrepancies.
7. Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve production efficiency.
8. Monitor and audit production performance to ensure product quality standards are met.
9. Maintain accurate records and documents related to production operations.
10. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate production.
