Platform Die Planner
Manage the supply-demand analysis (SDA) for Assembly Test Technology Development (ATTD)'s Embedded Multi-die Interconnect Bridge (EMIB) across the fab, sort, die prep, and substrate supplier network. This includes ensuring accurate and timely loading of demand by all platforms, conveying that information to the supply-chain stakeholders (fab, sort, die prep, substrates suppliers), and communicating regularly with internal stakeholders as well as the substrate suppliers as needed. As needed, the bridge-die planner will need to work with the various platforms on prioritization of line items.
1+ years of experience in planning or managing a supply chain.
Experience would be obtained through schoolwork and/or classes and/or project work and/or internships
