  1. Develop and optimize new manufacturing processes in line with company objectives and industry standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement innovative solutions for process improvement.
  3. Conduct research and gather data to identify areas for process enhancement and cost reduction.
  4. Analyze production data to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  5. Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
  6. Monitor and evaluate process performance to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
  7. Identify and troubleshoot process issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  8. Utilize statistical tools and techniques to analyze and interpret process data.
  9. Continuously drive improvements in process reliability, yield, cycle time, and cost.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in process engineering, and recommend new technologies and methodologies for implementation.
  11. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on new processes and procedures.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
  13. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to evaluate and select new equipment, tools, and materials for process development.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders on project progress and results.
  15. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Process Development Or Semiconductor Manufacturing.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Process Development Within The Semiconductor Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Practices, Such As Iso And Semi, And Experience With Advanced Process Technologies.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Complex Manufacturing Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
