Product Development Engineer

Perform ATPG stuck-at and transition fault pattern generation; coverage analysis. Perform JTAG, Bscan, DC parametric and Mbist test pattern generation and simulations. Collaborate with senior Engineers to validate new DFX features. Work with Test Engineers to debug test pattern failures. Enable module development and Test program Integration. Support circuit designers to drive all testability issues to closure. Support power-on activities and post power-on customer screening and characterization. Responsible for ensuring continuous improvement in productivity and cost through excellent yields and effective labor and tool utilization. Help set priorities for the team get results across boundaries ensure an inclusive work environment develop and grow employees and manage performance plans.
