- Lead and manage a team responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP infrastructure and DevOps processes.
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for SAP infrastructure and DevOps, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation in the SAP environment.
- Manage and prioritize workload for the team, ensuring timely delivery of projects and tasks.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP infrastructure and DevOps, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Ensure security, compliance, and reliability of the SAP environment by implementing and maintaining best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP infrastructure and DevOps.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless integration of SAP with other systems and applications.
- Prepare and manage budgets for SAP infrastructure and DevOps projects and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the performance and availability of SAP systems, and proactively identify and address any potential issues.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
- Represent the company at relevant industry events and conferences.
Extensive Experience With Sap Infrastructure Design And Implementation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Sap Infrastructure, Including Server And Network Architecture, Storage Solutions, And Virtualization Technology. They Should Also Have A Deep Understanding Of Sap Application Components And How They Interact With The Underlying Infrastructure.
Proficiency In Devops And Automation Tools: As A Manager In This Role, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Developing And Implementing Devops Processes And Tools To Streamline Sap Infrastructure Management. Experience With Popular Automation Tools Such As Ansible, Puppet, Or Chef Is Essential.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: This Position Will Involve Managing A Team Of Sap Infrastructure And Devops Professionals. The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Set Priorities, And Provide Guidance And Support To Team Members.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Cloud Computing: Intel Is A Leader In Cloud Computing Technology, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Cloud Infrastructure, Including Public, Private, And Hybrid Cloud Environments.
