  1. Develop and optimize die prep processes for advanced semiconductor products.
  2. Ensure the success of die prep processes by constantly driving improvement and innovation.
  3. Utilize extensive knowledge and experience in semiconductor manufacturing to improve processes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues in the die prep process.
  5. Analyze data and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate new technologies into the die prep process.
  7. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other departments.
  8. Conduct research and experiments to improve die prep processes and achieve higher yields.
  9. Develop and maintain process documentation including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
  10. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in the die prep process.
  11. Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
  12. Train and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge in the field of die prep processes.
  13. Participate in a continuous learning environment by attending seminars, conferences, and workshops related to die prep processes.
  14. Collaborate with vendors to identify and evaluate new equipment and materials for the die prep process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Semiconductor Manufacturing, Specifically In Die Prep Processes.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Die Prep Equipment And Processes, Including Sawing, Cleaning, And Sorting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Process Improvements And Optimizing Die Prep Operations.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Independently And Lead A Team To Achieve Project Goals And Deadlines.
