  1. Lead and manage the Security Operations Center (SOC) team to ensure the highest level of security for Intel's technology and systems.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to proactively identify and mitigate potential cyber threats.
  3. Monitor and analyze security alerts and events, and oversee incident response and resolution.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber threats and industry best practices to continuously improve the SOC's capabilities.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks and implement security controls to protect sensitive information.
  6. Train and mentor SOC team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  7. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and guidelines for the SOC.
  8. Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters related to SOC operations.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on security operations, providing guidance and recommendations to senior management.
  11. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the SOC.
  12. Participate in incident response exercises and conduct post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  13. Maintain and update documentation related to SOC processes, procedures, and technologies.
  14. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and tools in the SOC.
  15. Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to cybersecurity.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Security Operations, With A Minimum Of 5-7 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Security Technologies And Tools, Including Siem, Ids/Ips, Edr, And Vulnerability Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Best Practices And Standards, Such As Nist, Iso, And Pci.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing A Team Of Security Analysts And Engineers.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
