  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and improve manufacturing efficiency.
  2. Lead and manage the Inventory, Manufacturing Reporting, and Analytics department, ensuring the team's goals and objectives are met.
  3. Drive data-driven decision making by utilizing inventory and manufacturing data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
  4. Monitor and analyze inventory levels and manufacturing processes to identify potential risks and develop proactive solutions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for inventory and manufacturing initiatives.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inventory management and manufacturing operations, and apply them to drive continuous improvement.
  7. Manage and optimize inventory control procedures and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
  9. Prepare and present reports on inventory levels, manufacturing performance, and efficiency to senior management.
  10. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve the company's bottom line.
  11. Oversee the hiring, training, and development of team members to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to inventory and manufacturing operations.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the department and the broader organization.
