- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure efficient and effective supply chain operations.
- Lead and manage a team responsible for inventory control, including forecasting, ordering, and tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory levels meet production demands and customer needs.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in inventory management and manufacturing operations.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments as needed to optimize inventory turnover and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline inventory management and reporting processes.
- Train and develop team members to ensure a high-performing and motivated workforce.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inventory management and manufacturing operations to drive continuous improvement.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Inventory Management, Manufacturing Reporting, And Analytics, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Principles And Processes, Including Demand Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, And Production Planning.
Excellent Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis Tools Such As Tableau Or Sap.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, As Well As The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
