Responsibilities:

  2. Monitor competitor activities and analyze market trends to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Lead and motivate a team of account managers and sales representatives.
  5. Develop and implement marketing initiatives.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and use it to refine sales and marketing strategies.
