- Assist with the development and administration of annual salary review and merit increase processes.
- Work closely with payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation information.
- Provide support and guidance to managers on compensation-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to compensation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in compensation processes and systems.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Compensation Analysis And Administration, Preferably In A Corporate Or Financial Services Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Compensation Principles, Including Job Evaluation, Market Analysis, And Pay Structure Design.
Proficiency In Using Compensation Databases And Software, Such As Radford, Mercer, Or Willis Towers Watson.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner.
