Senior Engineer, Cybersecurity
Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Engineer, Cybersecurity to join our team. The Senior Engineer, Cybersecurity will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining a secure network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a passion for defending against cyber threats and a strong technical background in network and security architecture.The successful candidate should possess a mix of technical skills and experience, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The Senior Engineer, Cybersecurity will be expected to develop, implement, and evaluate security policy and procedures to help protect the company from various cyber threats. The individual must be able to work autonomously and collaboratively to identify, analyze, and mitigate security risks.We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field• 5+ years of experience in a technical role, with a focus on cybersecurity• Expert knowledge of security architectures, technologies and principles• Hands-on experience with firewall, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and vulnerability scanning tools• Knowledge of security related regulatory standards and best practices• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staffIf you are a motivated self-starter with a passion for cybersecurity and a strong technical background, we invite you to apply for this rewarding role at Intercontinental Exchange.
