Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in a related field- 5+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals- Strong leadership and organizational skills- Ability to analyze and interpret data- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative sales strategies- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies and initiatives to reach and exceed sales goals.
  2. Research, analyze, and interpret data to identify new sales opportunities.
  3. Lead and motivate sales teams and ensure goals are met.
  4. Mentor and train new sales representatives to optimize performance.
  5. Monitor and evaluate competitor activities and sales trends.
  6. Prepare sales reports and presentations to upper management.
  7. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients.
  8. Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies.
  9. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  10. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
