
Global Brand Manager - Brand Design
Are you a passionate and creative brand design enthusiast with extensive experience in managing global brands? InterContinental Hotels is looking for a Global Brand Manager - Brand Design to join our team and help develop and manage the overall design direction, strategy and execution for our brand.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Branding, or related field, as well as a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing global brands. They must have a strong understanding of brand design principles, a creative eye for detail, and experience in leading global teams. The candidate must also be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.If you have a proven track record of success in developing creative solutions for global brands and are ready to bring your expertise to a dynamic and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the overall design direction, strategy and execution for InterContinental Hotels brand.
- Utilize a creative eye for detail and brand design principles to develop creative solutions for global brands.
- Lead global teams in the development of brand design initiatives.
- Manage projects from conception to completion within established timeline.
- Provide feedback and guidance on design projects to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure brand design remains relevant and up-to-date.
- Maintain an organized workflow to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors.
