Groups Reservations Agent

1. Serve as a primary contact for groups and individuals booking accommodations at InterContinental Hotels.
2. Provide a high level of customer service to ensure guests have an unforgettable experience.
3. Utilize the GDS and CRS systems to efficiently manage bookings.
4. Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
5. Assist with the coordination of group activities and special requests.
6. Proactively anticipate and address customer needs.
7. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
8. Maintain updated records of customer information and interactions.
9. Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports as required.
10. Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver outstanding customer service.
