InterContinental Hotels is searching for a highly motivated, innovative, and creative Senior Manager Global Brand Marketing to join our team and help drive our company’s success. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in brand marketing, deep knowledge of the industry, and an understanding of how to drive business growth through creative and strategic marketing initiatives.The Senior Manager Global Brand Marketing will be responsible for building the InterContinental Hotels brand identity and positioning in the global market. This position requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. The successful candidate should possess the ability to think strategically, work collaboratively, and develop creative solutions to complex challenges.The ideal candidate should demonstrate a passion for the industry and a commitment to achieving outstanding results. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to build InterContinental Hotels’ brand identity and positioning in the global market.
  2. Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are on time and within budget.
  3. Utilize strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  4. Think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex challenges.
  5. Collaborate closely with other teams in the company to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.
  6. Monitor industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  7. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
  9. Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and best practices.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
