Job Description

Come join our dynamic team at Intuit as a Customer Success Manager for Mailchimp! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a successful and positive experience with Mailchimp, our popular email marketing platform. As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them achieve their marketing goals and driving adoption of Mailchimp. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer success and has experience with Mailchimp.   1. Act as a primary point of contact for customers using Mailchimp, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and goals to ensure a successful partnership.
  3. Proactively monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure they are getting the most out of their Mailchimp subscription.
  4. Provide guidance and support to customers on how to effectively use Mailchimp to achieve their marketing objectives.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve the customer experience.
  7. Continuously monitor and analyze customer usage and adoption of Mailchimp, identifying areas for improvement and proactively addressing them.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to email marketing, and share insights with customers to help them stay ahead of the competition.
  9. Create and deliver trainings, workshops, and webinars to educate customers on how to use Mailchimp effectively.
  10. Serve as a brand advocate for Mailchimp, promoting its features and benefits to existing and potential customers.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  12. Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and processes to continuously improve the customer experience.
  13. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Mailchimp products and services.
  14. Act as a mentor and coach to other team members, sharing best practices and knowledge to help them excel in their roles.
  15. Attend and represent Mailchimp at industry events and conferences to network and promote our brand.
