
Customer Success Manager (Mailchimp)

- Proactively monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure they are getting the most out of their Mailchimp subscription.
- Provide guidance and support to customers on how to effectively use Mailchimp to achieve their marketing objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve the customer experience.
- Continuously monitor and analyze customer usage and adoption of Mailchimp, identifying areas for improvement and proactively addressing them.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to email marketing, and share insights with customers to help them stay ahead of the competition.
- Create and deliver trainings, workshops, and webinars to educate customers on how to use Mailchimp effectively.
- Serve as a brand advocate for Mailchimp, promoting its features and benefits to existing and potential customers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Contribute to the development of customer success strategies and processes to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Mailchimp products and services.
- Act as a mentor and coach to other team members, sharing best practices and knowledge to help them excel in their roles.
- Attend and represent Mailchimp at industry events and conferences to network and promote our brand.
