Job Description

At Intuit, we are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager for Mailchimp. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers' success by providing top-notch support, guidance, and insights on how to effectively utilize Mailchimp to achieve their marketing goals.   1. Provide exceptional customer support: As a Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support and assistance with their Mailchimp accounts. This includes promptly responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance and training on how to use the platform effectively.
  2. Understand customer needs: You will be responsible for understanding our customers' businesses and their specific marketing goals. This will involve actively listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
  3. Serve as a Mailchimp expert: As a key member of our team, you will be expected to have an in-depth understanding of the Mailchimp platform and its features. This will enable you to provide expert-level guidance, advice, and best practices to our customers.
  4. Drive customer success: Your ultimate goal will be to ensure our customers achieve success with Mailchimp. You will be responsible for monitoring customer usage and metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and proactively providing recommendations and strategies to help them reach their marketing goals.
  5. Build strong relationships: As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for our customers. Therefore, it will be crucial for you to build and maintain strong relationships with them, earning their trust and becoming a trusted advisor for their marketing needs.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Success in this role will require close collaboration with various teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams. You will need to work closely with these teams to ensure a seamless experience for our customers and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends: You will be responsible for staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends, updates, and innovations related to email marketing and Mailchimp. This will enable you to provide relevant insights and recommendations to our customers, positioning yourself as an industry expert.

Job Qualifications
  • Demonstrated Experience In Customer Success: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Retaining Customers, Preferably In A Saas Or Technology Company. They Should Be Able To Showcase Their Ability To Build Strong Relationships, Understand Customer Needs, And Drive Customer Satisfaction.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Mailchimp: As A Customer Success Manager For Mailchimp At Intuit, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Platform's Features, Functionality, And Best Practices. This Includes Experience With Email Marketing, Automation, Segmentation, And Reporting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Of A Customer Success Manager Involves Regularly Communicating With Customers, Both In Person And Through Digital Channels. Therefore, The Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Communication, Active Listening, And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Address Customer Needs And Concerns.

  • Analytical And Data-Driven Mindset: A Successful Customer Success Manager Should Have A Data-Driven Approach To Their Work. They Should Be Able To Analyze Customer Data, Identify Trends, And Provide Insights To Help Customers Achieve Their Goals. Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools And Techniques Is A Must-Have For This Role.

  • Team Player And Customer-Centric Mindset: As A Part Of The Intuit Team, The Candidate Should Be A Team Player With A Customer-Centric Mindset.
