Legal Intern

Partnering with the business and other legal team members to identify and resolve key legal business matters. Researching various legal issues and industry practices and providing guidance and recommendations. Assisting on mergers and acquisitions. Reviewing, developing, and implementing processes relevant to regulatory compliance obligations. Researching and communicating through memos and presentations applicable global legal, regulatory and legislative changes. Conducting testing and documentation of necessary compliance controls. Participating in other key legal and compliance priorities and special projects, both domestically and internationally.
