  1. Develop and execute marketing web operations strategy to drive growth and optimize customer experiences for TurboTax.
  2. Lead a team of web operations specialists to ensure effective and efficient execution of web operations tasks.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, design, and analytics, to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, web analytics, and customer experience optimization.
  5. Manage and optimize web operations budget and resources to drive maximum impact.
  6. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of web operations tools and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Analyze web operations data and provide insights and recommendations to inform marketing and product strategies.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support web operations initiatives.
  9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including website traffic, conversion rates, and user engagement metrics.
  10. Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues that may impact web operations and work with IT teams to resolve them.
  11. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
  12. Evaluate and optimize website design, content, and user experience to drive conversions and customer satisfaction.
  13. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and drive team performance.
  14. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of web operations.
  15. Represent the TurboTax brand and its values through all web operations activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Web Operations, Preferably In The Software Or Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Marketing Principles And Strategies, Particularly In The Digital Space.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing And Leading A Team To Successful Execution Of Marketing Campaigns And Initiatives.

  • Proficiency In Web Analytics Tools, Content Management Systems, And Project Management Software.
