Job Description

Are you a highly experienced Lean expert looking to make a real impact on a global scale? Intuit is seeking a Principal Lean Practitioner to join our dynamic team and drive continuous improvement across our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Lean strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and drive innovation. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in leading Lean initiatives.   1. Develop and implement Lean strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste across the organization.
  2. Lead and drive Lean initiatives throughout the company, including process improvement projects and value stream mapping.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  4. Mentor and train team members on Lean principles and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify opportunities for further improvement.
  6. Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new Lean practices and methodologies.
  7. Provide guidance and support to project teams in applying Lean principles and tools to achieve project goals.
  8. Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with Lean principles and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Communicate and present progress, results, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Lean methodology and share knowledge and insights with the organization.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Extensive Experience In Implementing Lean Principles And Continuous Improvement Strategies In A Corporate Environment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Process Improvements And Delivering Measurable Results In Terms Of Cost Savings, Efficiency Gains, And Customer Satisfaction.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Lean Tools And Methodologies Such As Kaizen, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, And Lean Management Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
