  1. Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for our GenAI (Martech) team, in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead a team of product managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality AI products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  3. Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify opportunities for AI integration and improvement of existing products.
  4. Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on business objectives, market trends, and customer feedback.
  5. Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and successful delivery of product releases, and provide guidance and support throughout the development process.
  6. Monitor product performance and analyze data to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for product enhancements and modifications.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and ensure alignment with product goals.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI technology, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and competitive advantage for our products.
  9. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
  10. Take ownership of product profitability, including setting pricing strategies and managing product budgets to maximize revenue and ROI.
  11. Mentor and coach team members to promote their professional development and growth.
  12. Represent the company and our products at industry events and conferences, and serve as a subject matter expert for AI technology.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products In The Martech Space. They Should Also Have Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Product Strategy.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Genai And Martech: The Principal Product Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Genai Technology And Its Applications In The Martech Industry. They Should Be Familiar With The Latest Trends And Innovations In The Field And Be Able To Translate This Knowledge Into Product Strategy.

  • Strategic Thinking And Leadership Skills: As The Leader Of The Genai Product Team, The Principal Product Manager Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking Skills And Be Able To Develop A Long-Term Vision And Roadmap For The Product. They Should Also Have Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Teams And Stakeholders Across The Organization.

  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Intuit Is A Data-Driven Company, And The Principal Product Manager Should Have A Strong Analytical Mindset And Be Able To Make Data-Informed Decisions. They Should Be Proficient In Using Data And Analytics Tools To Gather Insights And Make Product Recommendations.

  • Passion For Innovation And Customer-Centricity: Intuit Is Known For Its Culture Of Innovation And Customer-Centric Approach, And The Principal Product Manager Should Embody These Values.
