  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals, user needs, and technical requirements for product design projects.
  2. Lead the design process from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation.
  3. Create user-centered designs that solve complex problems and improve the overall user experience.
  4. Utilize a variety of design techniques, such as user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, to inform design decisions.
  5. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
  6. Mentor and guide junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and incorporate them into our design process.
  8. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure that designs are feasible and aligned with product vision.
  9. Advocate for the user and continuously gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
  10. Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and gather feedback for further iteration.
  11. Work closely with marketing and branding teams to ensure consistency and alignment with overall company branding.
  12. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the design process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert in design and provide guidance and expertise to the team and stakeholders.
  15. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure high-quality design deliverables.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Industrial Design, Product Design, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Product Design, Preferably In A Senior Or Lead Role

  • Strong Portfolio Showcasing A Variety Of Successful Product Design Projects And Solutions

  • Expertise In User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies, Including User Research And Testing

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Across Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Drive Product Design Decisions And Strategies.
