4. Monitor and manage occupancy levels to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment for employees.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in space planning and workplace strategy.

7. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with space and occupancy policies and procedures.
8. Continuously review and improve existing space planning processes and procedures.
9. Create and present reports and presentations to senior leadership on space utilization and occupancy trends.
10. Collaborate with facilities and real estate teams to identify and secure new office spaces as needed.
11. Train and educate employees on space and occupancy policies and procedures.
12. Work closely with HR to incorporate employee feedback and preferences in space planning decisions.
13. Identify and implement sustainable and cost-effective solutions for space utilization and occupancy management.
14. Monitor and manage budget and resources related to space planning and occupancy management.
