  • Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for managing travel and expenses for the organization.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize travel and expense processes and drive cost savings.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the travel and expense team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of expenses and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance travel and expense management.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on travel management and expense policies, providing guidance and support to employees across the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze travel and expense data to identify trends and areas for cost reduction.
  • Communicate with external vendors and negotiate contracts to secure competitive rates for travel and accommodations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to understand their needs and provide recommendations for improving travel and expense management.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the travel and expense team and key initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to travel and expense management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in travel and expense management and incorporate them into the organization's processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Finance Or Accounting, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role

  • Strong Understanding Of Travel And Expense Policies And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Expense Management Systems (E.g. Concur)

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing Process Improvements And Driving Cost Savings Within A Travel And Expense Program.
