  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive global clinical research strategy aligned with Intuitive Surgical's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of clinical research professionals to ensure successful execution of clinical trials and studies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs to ensure alignment and integration of clinical research efforts.
  4. Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
  5. Manage and track clinical trial timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of studies.
  6. Monitor and analyze clinical trial data, identifying trends and insights to inform decision-making.
  7. Communicate trial progress and results to key stakeholders, including senior management, regulatory agencies, and study investigators.
  8. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact clinical trial timelines and objectives.
  9. Foster relationships with key opinion leaders and external partners to enhance the company's reputation and support recruitment efforts for clinical trials.
  10. Stay current on industry trends, guidelines, and regulations related to clinical research and share knowledge with the team.
  11. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to clinical research.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve the clinical research process to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert in clinical research and provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
  14. Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and other events to promote our clinical research efforts and build relationships with industry leaders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Or Healthcare-Related Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Nursing.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Company.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing Global Clinical Trials And Ensuring Adherence To Regulatory Requirements.

  • Strong Understanding Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Other Relevant Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
