- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials and components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the quality control processes and make recommendations for improvement.

Quality Control Experience: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Control, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Manufacturing Environment.
Technical Knowledge: A Strong Understanding Of Mechanical And Electrical Engineering Principles, As Well As Experience With Precision Measuring Tools And Equipment.
Attention To Detail: The Ability To Meticulously Inspect And Review Products And Processes For Quality And Compliance With Standards And Specifications.
Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Issues That May Arise During The Inspection Process, And To Work With Cross-Functional Teams To Find Solutions.
Flexibility And Adaptability: The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment And Adapt To Changing Priorities And Schedules As Needed. Must Also Be Able To Work Swing Shift Hours, Including Evenings And Weekends.
