  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive quality engineering program to ensure compliance with all industry standards and regulations.
  2. Lead a team of quality engineers to perform risk assessments, develop test plans, and validate the safety and effectiveness of our surgical systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish design and process controls that meet quality and performance requirements.
  4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  5. Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes, and ensure that our quality engineering processes remain in compliance.
  7. Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and participate in audits to demonstrate our commitment to quality and safety.
  8. Provide technical expertise and guidance on quality engineering issues to internal teams and external partners.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the quality of components and materials used in our surgical systems.
  10. Develop and deliver training programs to promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
  11. Act as a mentor to junior quality engineers and provide opportunities for their professional development.
  12. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the quality engineering team.
  13. Participate in the review and approval of new product designs to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  14. Communicate quality issues and risks to senior management and collaborate on solutions to mitigate them.
  15. Proactively identify potential quality issues and implement preventative measures to ensure the safety and effectiveness of our surgical systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Quality Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems, Regulations And Standards Such As Iso 13485, Fda Regulations, And Mdd/Mdr.

  • Previous Experience In Managing A Team Of Quality Engineers And Leading Cross-Functional Projects.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
