1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives and programs to promote the health and wellbeing of our employees.

12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to employee health and wellbeing.
13. Continuously evaluate and improve the company's health and wellbeing benefits and resources, making recommendations for enhancements as needed.
14. Represent the company at conferences and events related to health and wellness, building relationships with industry professionals and staying informed on emerging trends.
